How and when will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking information is emailed to the exact email address entered on the order form on the day of shipment. You will not receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 2-3 business days not including holidays. Shipping takes 3-5 business days not including holidays. *During sales and promotions, please allow up to 5-7 business days due to the high volume of orders.
How do I change or cancel my order?

All orders are shipped via USPS.
I entered my address incorrectly, may I receive a refund?
Unfortunately, if you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number. *If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee.
My package shows delivered, but I did not receive my package. Can I have a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS to inquire about your package. If necessary, you may file a claim with them as all packages are insured. Please track movement of package with provided shipping information.
I made a purchase and forgot to insert my coupon/discount code, can it be applied now?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot alter an order once it has been submitted due to all sales being final. Please ensure that you double check that your order is correct before completing the checkout process.
I made a purchase before the sale, can the sale's price be applied to my order?
Unfortunately, purchases made prior to any sale will not be adjusted for the sale’s price.
